Smith-Woodland Inc. was founded in 1974 by William Clyde Smith and Jeffery (Jeff) Smith. William was Jeff’s father. They completed many projects together and created a very successful business. They were able to create some magnificent homes and commercial projects before William retired from the business and Jeff was the sole owner. In 2020 Lori Regester Jeff’s sister joined Smith-Woodland Inc. and partnered with Jeff. Lori has extensive knowledge of construction and had her own business Regester Construction before partnering with Jeff. Lori has built many custom homes all over Colorado including Breckenridge, Blue River, and Woodland Park. Together they hope to create a wonderful team and make all of your dreams a reality.
